Yoga Better is an intentional movement practice designed to improve your posture, build strength, and increase control. Because this is a Level 1 Course, Alex will guide you through clear instruction and effective breathwork. Specifically, you will focus on building strength to ease through your full range of motion.
With the creative use of props and poses, you’ll explore movement in new and challenging ways. Furthermore, no prior yoga experience is required for this class. It is the perfect entry point for anyone looking to move with more intention.
