This four-week Chakra Series offers a guided opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and build a deeper understanding of the body’s energetic system. Led by practitioner Cindy Waite, each session will focus on different chakras, exploring their role in emotional, physical, and mental well-being while offering practical tools to bring them back into balance.
Over the course of four weeks, you will be guided through a thoughtful progression—learning how each energy center shows up in daily life and how to work with it through simple, approachable practices. Sessions may incorporate elements of guided meditation, breathwork, and reflection, creating space to both learn and experience the work in real time.
This is designed as a cumulative experience, with each week building on the last. Whether you’re new to chakra work or looking to deepen an existing practice, the series offers a structured yet accessible way to develop awareness and leave with tools that extend beyond the sessions themselves.
